1. Complete and submit the online application.
2. Read, print and sign (driver and parent) EHS parking and driving regulations.
3. Join the "EHS Parking Permit Holders" Schoology page using access code

EHS WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE DURING THE SUMMER
DUE TO CONSTRUCTION.
All paperwork must be placed in the drop box at Evergreen Middle School. Applications will be accepted Monday-Friday 8:00 am-2:00pm, July 30 - August 8. The box will be located inside the main entrance near the reception desk.
Please staple or paperclip the following items together
before placing them in the drop box:
1. Signed EHS parking and driving regulations form acknowledgement.
The signature page only.
2. Copies of vehicle registrations for ALL vehicles listed on the application. You will not be issued a parking permit if vehicle registrations are missing or do not match online application information.
3. A check for $125.00 made payable to Evergreen High School (cash will not be accepted). Your check will be returned if you do not receive a permit.
4. Copy of driver license.
*You must have a valid driver license at the time of your
application. Driver permits are not acceptable.
*If you received a parking or driving violation during your freshman and/or sophomore years, you will be placed on a waiting list and only receive a permit if space is available.
*Junior permits are issued based on availability. Applying for a parking permit does NOT guarantee you will be granted parking privileges.
Students who properly complete all of the required steps will receive their parking permit on Monday, August 18 during orientation. If you do not receive a permit during orientation, you are not allowed to park on campus. Tickets will be issued to any vehicle not displaying a valid permit. Incomplete applications or any other extenuating circumstance will be addressed during the second week of school.
